Punk rock begun in the 1970's as a harsh, guerilla revolution opposed to mainstream popular culture music. Bands alike Sex Pistols, the Offspring, and Rancid boosted punk back in the 90's . This time the weave of speedy, simple rock with catchy popular melodies cooled heels on the TV. These days, so-called pop punk is the main element in the world of mainstream pop music. 1. blink-182 - Enema of the State
In blink-182's unbounded attempt to insult any adults in the neighbourhood, that record album shed light upon a lady clothed as an enema au pair on the booklet. The punk pop inside is youthful and unforgettable including the massive hit song “Dumpweed.”
2. The Donnas - Spend the Night

3. Good Charlotte - Young and the Hopeless
A band from Waldorf Good Charlotte got into the top ten of the pop album chart. It is full with tales of high school and difficult mothers. The smashing hit track is “Girls & Boys.”
4. Green Day - Jesus of Suburbia
Later fading from their nineties fleeting surge of popularity, Green Day faded from live performances to mix punk rock's first rock opera. Though the punk band was unsure about their fanclub's reaction to Jesus of Suburbia, it to be a UK rock classic climbing several album chart and winning an award for Best Rock Album of two thousand and four.
